## Description

Sanary Running is a community running club based in Sanary-sur-Mer, bringing together people who enjoy running in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. With more than 30 years of local history, the club welcomes all levels, from people discovering jogging to experienced runners preparing for marathon distances. Members can pursue goals from 5 km upward while progressing at their own pace, with sessions adapted to different abilities.

Regular activities include a relaxed Monday run of around 10 km, Wednesday interval training and strength work, and Friday threshold training, generally at 6:30 p.m. at Stade de la Guicharde. The club also offers a monthly Sunday run open to everyone, group outings, and, from 2026–2027, the return of regular trail runs on local routes. Sanary Running takes part in local races, organises special outings and supports local associations. Prospective members can try a session for free before joining, and no minimum running level is required. The club’s welcoming approach combines shared effort, friendly encouragement and the pleasure of running together.
