## Description

Sandbox is a life skills platform that develops brands and experiences to help people thrive at every age and stage. Founded in 2015, the company brings together trusted brands across media, learning and consumer goods, connecting them through shared technology, data and distribution. Its games, shows and apps are designed to engage audiences while building skills through everyday use.

Sandbox focuses on capabilities such as creativity, curiosity, problem solving, critical thinking and self-awareness. Its Future Fit Skills framework maps these capabilities to the needs of people at different life stages, drawing on OECD and World Economic Forum research and development with neuropsychologists. The company describes its approach as “engagement by design, learning by stealth,” integrating skill development into products people already choose.

Built by operators with experience scaling consumer businesses, Sandbox supports its portfolio with an integrated platform and infrastructure. The company reports more than 50 million monthly users, over one billion app downloads and 500 million monthly pageviews.
