Sandhills Retirement is a vibrant and welcoming Retirement Living Community located in the heart of Downtown Kitchener. Our purpose is to provide secure and affordable independent living for active seniors aged 50 and above. With a five-story building, we offer a variety of 14 different floor plans, totaling 58 stunning living units.

As a Christian faith-based, multi-denominational not-for-profit corporation, Sandhills is a caring community where like-minded residents enjoy a smaller, more affordable home with fewer maintenance responsibilities. Our apartment-style suites are bright, lovely, and spacious, featuring large windows overlooking downtown Kitchener and five appliances in most units, including a washer and dryer. We also provide controlled entry indoor parking for those in need.
