## Description

Sanktionsfrei | Berlin is a brand that aims to ensure everyone's right to a fear-free and unconditional basic security. They shine a light on the fear and arbitrariness often experienced at job centers and provide legal and financial support through their donation-based solidarity fund. They offer both financial and legal assistance, making it easy to contradict a sanction through their platform. If you have other issues with the job center, you can reach out to them via email. Sanktionsfrei also runs campaigns to raise awareness about the issues surrounding social benefits and poverty. Their ultimate goal is to achieve fear-free and unconditional basic security for all. In addition, they conduct a three-year scientific study on the effects of sanctions and provide a platform where you can quickly and easily send a contradiction against your sanction to the job center. Their solidarity fund helps individuals by covering their sanctions, and if the case is won, the money is returned to help even more people. Join the cause as a Hartzbreaker and make a difference. They have previously organized campaigns such as the Schulbonus, which gave away a €150 bonus for school expenses, the Happy Hartz campaign that used positive statements to provoke conversations around Hartz IV, and the Weihnachtsbonus, which gave away a bonus for extra expenses during Christmas. Sanktionsfrei is a transparent and trustworthy brand committed to fighting for a fair system.
