Santa Cruz Hillel is a vibrant and welcoming community for Jewish students at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Cabrillo College, and CSU Monterey Bay. Our mission is to inspire students to explore their own identity in connection with Jewish values, community, and Israel. We envision a diverse and interconnected Jewish community, enriched by the contributions of Santa Cruz Hillel students and alumni.

Our goal is to cultivate a lifetime of Jewish learning, social justice, repairing the world, and supporting Israel. We achieve this by embodying Jewish values through learning, teaching, traditions, and action. We also develop meaningful relationships with Jewish students, facilitating impactful Jewish experiences.
