## Description

Santé Commune is an association and community health centre in Vaulx-en-Velin, France. Open to everyone, it was created especially to support people who face difficulties accessing their rights and healthcare, in keeping with the principles of the Ottawa Charter. The centre provides consultations and welcomes visitors throughout the week, offering a local point of contact for care and support.
