## Description

Sárkánylovasok is a Budapest-based martial arts, cultural and sports association dedicated to training, personal development, and the preservation and teaching of Eastern and Hungarian traditions. Its roots date to February 2005, when it opened the Hungarian Xing Yi Quan School; the activities were later organised as an association in 2014. Today, Sárkánylovasok brings together practitioners of different styles, including people interested in martial arts and horsemanship, and offers training through several groups and systems. Its activities include Xing Yi Quan kung fu and related instruction led by association president Balogh Zsolt, a traditional kung fu and Qi Gong master. Members may, subject to conditions, experience other training systems and take part in association-organised programs such as theoretical classes, retreats, excursions, and social gatherings. The organisation aims to foster a friendly, family-like community. It also operates the Jáde Sárkány Mozgásközpont in Budapest, where it holds training sessions and offers rooms for hire. Sárkánylovasok is a member of the Hungarian Federation of Martial Arts.
