## Description

Sarma is a restaurant and bar in Somerville, Massachusetts, bringing together food, drinks, and music in a lively setting inspired by Turkey’s traditional meyhanes. Led by Chef Cassie Piuma, its menu centers on Mediterranean flavors with a modern twist, served as small plates designed for sharing. Guests can explore a wide-ranging selection of meze, vegetables, seafood, meats, sandwiches, pasta, and desserts, with dishes such as warm buttered hummus, pumpkin fritters, lamb kofte sliders, and Greek-style loukamades.

The 20-seat bar serves Sarma’s full dinner menu alongside cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor. Its creative cocktails feature spirits and ingredients including rum, tequila, cardamom, beet, and cherry blossom. Sarma welcomes reservations for smaller parties and offers advance, fixed-menu arrangements for larger groups; walk-in seating is also available at the bar and high-top tables on a first-come, first-served basis. The restaurant additionally hosts private events and offers gift cards, while its monthly Table22 Supper Club provides a membership and waitlist option. Located at 249 Pearl Street, Sarma serves dinner daily.
