## Description

Sashimi.fun is an independent, USDC-native memecoin launchpad built on Arc, where users can create and trade tokens priced in dollars. Launching a token costs 1 USDC plus gas, with no liquidity contribution required. Each token uses an immutable template without minting, pausing, blacklist, or transfer-tax functions, and becomes tradable through a public bonding curve from its first block. Trading and fees are denominated in USDC, with a 1% curve fee split between the protocol and creator; an early-trading anti-snipe surcharge goes entirely to the creator. When a token reaches the graduation threshold, the curve’s proceeds, less the stated graduation fee, and reserved tokens seed a Uniswap V3 pool. Its liquidity position is sent to a locker contract with no withdrawal function. Sashimi.fun also provides token browsing, swaps, launch tools, leaderboards, portfolio views, live activity, protocol statistics, and on-chain risk information such as holder concentration and sniper activity.
