## Description

Saskia de Vet is a grief-coaching practice supporting people who have lost someone close and feel stuck in the grieving process. Drawing on her own experience as a widow and an orphan, Saskia offers compassionate guidance to help clients face their pain, make space for difficult emotions, and gradually find a way forward. Her approach recognizes that grief is deeply personal and may continue throughout life, while helping people rebuild everyday routines, regain a sense of direction, and reconnect with enjoyment and meaning. Services include individual grief support and workshops, with an emphasis on attentive, patient conversations and practical ways to cope and relax. Saskia also offers a free e-book with seven tips for navigating loss, managing emotions, restoring a daily rhythm, and taking greater control of life. The practice is for people who find it difficult to give their loss a place and resume daily life, while keeping their loved ones close in their hearts.
