## Description

Sasnaka Sansada is a Sri Lankan youth-led organization founded in 1997 to advance social justice, human morality, and sustainable community development. Its work is guided by the belief that empowering young people can help build a more just and equitable society. Operating across 25 districts, the organization brings together more than 2,000 youth volunteers and delivers over 50 projects annually.

Sasnaka Sansada’s initiatives focus on four areas. Its STEAM education programs promote science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through interactive workshops, camps, seminars, and innovation challenges. Entrepreneurship and business activities encourage youth enterprise, mentoring, and economic growth. Leadership and personal development programs offer leadership training and soft-skills workshops. Social service initiatives support communities through projects that include healthcare, blood and medicine donations, and environmental activities.

The organization also works with partner institutions on collaborative projects and invites volunteers to contribute in districts across Sri Lanka. Volunteers can take part in areas such as STEAM education, leadership development, environmental projects, and community service, while accessing training and opportunities to grow through meaningful community involvement.
