The business creates made-to-measure items such as bridles, breastplates, halters, belts and dog collars, and welcomes enquiries about individual projects. Its repair and alteration services cover saddles, riding boots, bags and other leather goods, with customers encouraged to ask about what may be possible. Lena Tschanett also provides professional saddle cleaning and care, along with saddle advice, fitting and sales. Saddle brands and systems offered include Sommer, Stübben, Massimo and the Scythia saddle system, as well as work by Stefanie Moertel. Tschanett began her saddlery apprenticeship in 2013, completed her journeyman examination with distinction in 2016, and continued to develop her skills through further training. In early 2025, she completed her master craftsman qualification as a riding-saddlery and fine leather goods master.
