## Description

Saundersfoot Sailing Club is a community sailing and watersports organisation based in the seaside village of Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Founded in 1949, it welcomes sailors and other water users to Saundersfoot Bay and supports a range of activities, with dinghy and cruiser sailing at the heart of its on-water programme. The sailing season runs from April to October and includes dinghy racing, social sailing, cruising and regattas. Its annual Coppet Week regattas are a longstanding highlight, while cruiser sailors can join organised cruising, a club regatta and races with neighbouring Tenby Sailing Club.

The club encourages newcomers through an active sail training scheme delivered in accordance with Royal Yachting Association guidance. Its activities also connect with the local watersports community, including Wiseman’s Bridge Rowing Club and its Celtic longboat programme. Beyond sailing, members support events in the village, and the clubhouse is available to hire for meetings, events and private functions, subject to club rules.
