# Saving The Survivors - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `savingthesurvivors.org` - **Founded:** 2012 - **Employees:** 11+ - **Company kind:** NON PROFIT ## Description Saving The Survivors is a brand that is dedicated to saving and rehabilitating injured or poached rhinos and other endangered wildlife. Founded in 2012 by Dr. Johan Marais, the brand is on a mission to create hope from hurt. While their focus is on rhinos due to the vicious attacks they often face, they also provide assistance to any injured animal in need. Saving The Survivors has successfully treated several survivors, including a severely injured twelve-year-old White Rhino bull, an iconic Rhino named Hope, and Thandi, the first ever Rhino to survive a poaching attack. They have also provided care for an adult Elephant bull with a long bone fracture, orphaned rhinos, and a six-month-old Southern White Rhino heifer attacked by lions. By shopping or donating to Saving The Survivors, you can contribute to their efforts in protecting and rehabilitating endangered wildlife. Join their mailing list to stay updated on the fight for conservation and see the impact of your donations.
