## Description

Savvy provides live online reading and math tutoring for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Its 25-minute sessions combine structured instruction with personal attention from tutors trained to work with elementary-age learners. Reading lessons follow the Science of Reading and cover phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Math instruction uses visual models before moving to abstract notation, helping children understand concepts step by step.

Savvy’s curriculum is sequential and cumulative, with practice and review designed to build on previous lessons. Tutors adapt instruction to each child, offer real-time encouragement and feedback, and send parents regular updates on progress and next steps. Families can begin with a free trial session, with no credit card required, and decide afterward whether to enroll. Available plans include group tutoring four days a week or one-to-one sessions two, three, or four days a week, scheduled at the same time each week. Savvy aims to help children develop lasting academic skills, confidence, and a more positive attitude toward learning.
