## Description

The Gabbie Scheffer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on education, awareness, and support related to mental illness and Substance Use Disorder. Its mission is to help save lives by informing the public about the dangers of substance use and reducing the stigma that can prevent people from seeking help. Guided by the message “You Are Enough,” the foundation works to encourage understanding and support for people affected by mental health challenges and addiction.

The organization offers educational and awareness initiatives, including efforts to address fentanyl risks and challenge shame surrounding mental health and substance use. It also provides scholarships for higher education and vocational training to people in recovery, as well as surviving children and siblings of those who have died from Substance Use Disorder. These opportunities support the foundation’s aim of helping individuals and families pursue education and training.

The foundation invites people to get involved through donations, sponsorships, events, and newsletter sign-ups.
