As a non-profit organization, we collaborate with businesses, schools, and community organizations to host these young individuals. Our well-structured and tracked youth management programs are currently offered in sectors such as education, SMME, automotive, IT, and the green economy. Since our establishment in 2018, youth@WORK has successfully placed over 6000 youth in workplace opportunities. Our expertise in various sectors has allowed us to adapt seamlessly to specific program requirements, resulting in a 92% retention rate and an impressive YES scorecard rating of 84%. We prioritize the values held by young people, including financial security, success, continuous learning, a positive attitude, and spending time with and contributing to family and friends. Our aim is to empower youth through work, and our placement model continues to expand and create sustainable employment opportunities beyond the program. By collaborating with us, corporates can achieve their B-BBEE, SDG, or ESG targets, while positively shaping the future of our country and the African continent.
