## Description

SBI GmbH, whose name stands for Social Affairs, Education and Integration, is a Germany-based social services organisation established in 2017. With more than 280 employees, it supports children, young people and adults with individual needs, helping them develop their abilities and participate in everyday and community life. Its work is guided by respect, inclusion, equal opportunities and professional, socially responsible care.

The organisation provides integration assistance and school support to help young people with disabilities or other support needs manage school life and access education. Its specialist residential services include the Ouluer Straße group home, which offers children and young people with significant physical and intellectual disabilities a safe, supportive place to live, and a new group home in Riestedt for people with complex needs. SBI also offers intensive supported living, combining individual assistance with encouragement of independence. Across these services, the organisation aims to create secure environments, provide tailored care and reduce barriers to participation.
