## Description

SCAN Health Plan is a nonprofit Medicare Advantage organization in California, established in 1977. Its Producer Portal is a resource for brokers and other producers, bringing together information and tools for conducting business with the health plan. The portal covers getting started, enrollment, marketing, commissions, and other producer resources, and provides access to contracting and training information, including AHIP compliance training.

SCAN also offers initiatives to support broker engagement with members. Through Brokers as Health Navigators, participating brokers in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Washington can earn additional compensation for completing member welcome calls and flu vaccine outreach, subject to the program’s requirements.

For older adults needing coordinated support, SCAN’s myPlace Health is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organization. It combines medical care, social services, and health benefits in an integrated offering designed to help vulnerable seniors live safely in their homes and communities. myPlace Health serves most of Los Angeles County.
