## Description

Scarce.City is an innovative online marketplace rooted in Bitcoin technology, dedicated to providing a platform for buying and selling Bitcoin goods and NFTs. Founded by Chris Tramount and Aryan Jabbari, with contributions from honorary founder Chiefmonkey, Scarce.City champions a marketplace based on the principles of pseudonymity, borderlessness, and verifiable authenticity. The site features a unique auction system where participants collateralize their bids using low-fee Lightning and Bitcoin mainchain deposits, ensuring accountability and trust. Scarce City's auction mechanics, including “Satoshi Mode,” allow users to maximize their bids securely and transparently. In addition to its auction capabilities, Scarce.City has expanded to a fixed-price marketplace, offering a wide variety of Bitcoin-based digital tokens like Rare Pepes and Fake Rares, as well as physical items ranging from art to apparel. With a strong focus on community and collaboration, Scarce.City invites Bitcoin creators and enthusiasts to engage through social platforms and their contact form. Join the evolution of Bitcoin commerce at Scarce.City!.
