## Description

Scena Kultury is a Polish association dedicated to history, culture, education and community life. Through its projects and online portal, it shares stories about historical events, notable figures and local heroes, while encouraging public engagement and the preservation of cultural memory. Its flagship initiative is the NNW Film Festival, which presents films and radio reports focused on recent history and culture. Related activities include festival retrospectives, the NNW Film Academy, screenwriting workshops and an international film market. The association also runs educational and community programmes, including Młodzi Dla Historii, Puls Wolności, Biographies of Local Heroes and the “Show Us Your Hero” competition. Other projects include a mobile film studio, the “Avenue of Freedom” initiative and the “Symbols of Freedom” gala. Scena Kultury’s website features articles, videos and updates on history, culture, education and society. Together, these initiatives connect audiences with Polish heritage, support creative work and provide opportunities to learn, share stories and honour people and events important to collective memory.
