## Description

Sport Clube de Frielas (SCF) is a community sports club based in Frielas, Portugal. Celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2020, the club combines competitive football with opportunities for local people to take part in sport and club life. Its football programme includes senior men’s and women’s teams, junior squads and youth development groups, with training and observation sessions for players at different levels. The senior women’s team has competed in the national third division, while the club’s junior side has been invited to compete in the district second division. SCF has also been recognised by the Portuguese Football Federation as a three-star football training entity. Beyond football, the club has offered fitness classes at the Pavilhão de Frielas, creating another way for the community to stay active. Members and supporters can find club merchandise, including scarves, tracksuits and caps. SCF shares news, match information, membership details and club updates, and welcomes people interested in joining its teams or becoming part of the club.
