Schaft zonder spijt is the food-content brand of Rick, who describes himself as a part-time “vetfluencer” celebrating Dutch snack and fry-up culture. Through social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, he shares indulgent food discoveries, cooking inspiration and visits to restaurants, snack bars and bars. His weekly Vette Nek Vrijdag series features creative snacks, classic cafeteria favourites and lesser-known treats, including themed mini-series about forgotten snacks and standout finds from the fryer.
