## Description

Schön vernetzt! is a care-support service for older adults and their families in Freising and the surrounding area. Founded by Ulrike Schön, the organisation helps people who need care remain at home for as long as possible, supporting their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Its services are tailored to each person’s needs and extend beyond advice to practical coordination and assistance.

Schön vernetzt! helps build and manage a network of care, support and therapy providers, coordinates services as circumstances change, and assists with applications for benefits. The service also includes accompanying clients to medical, therapy and other appointments, as well as reviewing and handling correspondence with authorities, insurers and service providers.

Ulrike Schön brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and has previously supported over 100 older adults and their families. The service draws on a regional network and offers personal contact and home visits. Schön vernetzt! is recognised by the Bavarian State Office for Care as a provider of relief services; care funds may cover costs within clients’ available budgets.
