With over thirty years of experience, Schott has been at the forefront of the struggle for equity and justice in public education. As both a funder and an advocacy partner, Schott brings bold and innovative strategies to the table. They collaborate with philanthropic partners and provide funding, strategic resources, and support to BIPOC-led organizations that are advocating for racial justice and equity in education. Schott believes in shifting power to those who are closest to the problem and have the knowledge required to target resources effectively. They prioritize amplifying the voices of those most impacted and work towards shifting the narrative surrounding public education.
