## Description

Sunraysia Community Health Services (SCHS) is a community-focused health organisation based in Mildura, Victoria, connecting people with the care and support they need. It provides health and support services, community programs, groups and outreach, with a focus on health, wellbeing and independence. Its services include child health, health promotion, youth support, sexual health, palliative care, a Social & Community Hub, the Family & Child Hub and CP@Clinic.

SCHS also operates an Urgent Care Clinic at its Mildura site, open seven days a week for urgent, non-life-threatening conditions. GPs and nurses assess patients, and care is free for everyone, with or without a Medicare card; translators are available. The Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health Hub offers free or low-cost advice and support to girls, women and gender-diverse people of all ages, without requiring a GP referral. Telehealth is another service option.
