## Description

Schweitz Genealogie is a family-history website documenting the Schweitz and Mahler families, with a particular focus on Johannes Bernardus Schweitz and his relatives. It presents genealogical information through family-name and first-name indexes, place records, photographs, documents, gravestone entries, calendars, and updates. The site also includes advertisements and a contact section, and its interface is available in Dutch, English, and German.

A featured account follows Johan Schweitz, born in Soerabaja, Indonesia, on 15 October 1937, and describes his parents, siblings, and childhood during the Japanese occupation of Java. The research also traces family connections to locations in Indonesia, including a former family address on Jl. Kunir in Madiun, and notes changes to local street names after Indonesian independence. Details about his parents’ engagement and marriage and about his grandparents provide further context for exploring the family’s history. Overall, the website serves as a personal genealogical resource for recording family stories, relationships, places, and historical documents.
