## Description

Schwimmschule Lorenzen is a swimming school serving children at two locations: Uhrenblock in Rendsburg and Zeit Ahoi in Elsdorf-Westermühlen. Led by Merten Lorenzen and a team of qualified instructors, it helps children build confidence, swimming skills and water safety through patient, structured teaching and individualized support in small groups.

The program begins with water familiarization for children aged three and older, accompanied by an adult. Activities help them become comfortable in the water and practice breathing, submerging, floating, gliding, jumping and introductory breaststroke movements. From age four, children can join Seepferdchen beginner lessons, learning basic breaststroke technique and water-safety rules as they work toward the Seepferdchen badge. Children who already hold Seepferdchen can take Bronze training to strengthen their technique and water orientation and prepare for the Bronze award, including backstroke and diving skills.

Courses generally run in groups over eight sessions, with a replacement session included in many offerings.
