## Description

Service Civil International (SCI) is a dynamic volunteer organization dedicated to fostering a culture of peace and intercultural understanding since its founding in 1920. With a global reach, SCI organizes a variety of international voluntary projects that welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds. Their offerings include workcamps—short-term projects designed to bridge cultural gaps and support local communities—as well as long-term volunteering opportunities that last from one to twelve months, allowing volunteers to immerse themselves in new cultures while contributing to meaningful local initiatives.

In addition to these hands-on experiences, SCI provides a range of events and training courses aimed at promoting peace and enhancing skills for community engagement. Their online learning platform offers accessible courses on topics related to peace and social engagement, empowering participants to make a difference in their own communities. By joining SCI, individuals can transform their values into action, making a tangible impact in the pursuit of a more peaceful and understanding world.
