Science Alive is a New Zealand Charitable Trust that aims to inspire the public in Science & Technology through interactive experiences. Established in 1991, Science Alive has been at the forefront of promoting awareness of careers in science, scientific research, and the applied sciences and technologies. With a team of experts in astrophysics, engineering, biotechnology, biochemistry, computer engineering, and user experience design, Science Alive offers a wide range of educational programs and exhibits. Since 1999, Science Alive has exported over $8 million worth of exhibits to science centers worldwide, including Te Papa in New Zealand, Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia, Exploratorium in the USA, Tech Dome in Malaysia, and Science Centre Singapore. Currently in a redevelopment phase, Science Alive is planning to launch new strategies and projects. In the future, they will introduce online virtual education resources, outreach programs, in-community exhibitions, and educator support. Science Alive is determined to bring their mission to everyone, everywhere, every day, and they are grateful for the support and collaboration of their communities.
