## Description

S Combinator is a community-run accelerator built on Solana that supports the next generation of Solana builders. It invites teams to apply for grants of $10,000, paid in four $2,500 installments as they meet agreed milestones. Applications are reviewed by an expert council, which creates a shortlist; holders of the $SCOMB governance token then vote on which shortlisted teams receive funding. The program takes no equity in funded teams. Instead, teams may choose to direct a share of creator fees from a token launched on pump.fun to the treasury, helping support future batches. The treasury is also funded through trading fees associated with $SCOMB and holds a $SCOMB allocation, so the number of teams a batch can fund depends on available funds. S Combinator provides information about its application process, voting, portfolio, treasury transparency, and risks. Funded projects and their token transactions can be tracked on-chain. The organization cautions that team tokens are separate from $SCOMB, volatile, and not endorsed as investments.
