## Description

The Guides and Scouts of Russia, founded in 1996, serves as a central hub for scout organizations across the nation, fostering youth development through outdoor activities, community service, and leadership training. This vibrant movement offers a range of programs, including scouting courses and seminars aimed at enriching the skills and knowledge of participants. The organization actively engages in promoting the rich history of Russian scouting through events, such as the premiere of the multi-part film "Юбилей юности," which commemorates a century of scouting in Russia.

In addition to hosting conferences, like the annual "Российское движение школьников," the organization provides innovative online courses, such as "Скаутинг и социальные сети," enhancing the digital communication capabilities of scouts. The community also connects through the "Опыт" journal for scout leaders, available in electronic format since 1946, sharing invaluable insights across generations. With an emphasis on both tradition and modernity, the Guides and Scouts of Russia continue to inspire and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
