## Description

Scovai is an intelligence platform for the human and digital workforce, connecting how people demonstrate their potential, get hired, develop, and work alongside AI. Its four integrated offerings—Rise, Hire, Develop, and Augment—carry talent and role insights across the full workforce lifecycle. Rise helps individuals create an AI-verified Talent Passport covering skills, experience, cognitive ability, personality, and career potential, with guidance from a personal AI coach. Hire enables employers to publish roles, assess and rank applicants, and review explainable, audit-ready recommendations. Scovai’s approach combines formula-based scoring with human decision-making. Develop helps organizations map competencies, identify skill gaps, support internal mobility, and plan succession using workforce data. Augment helps employers understand role responsibilities and deploy governed Digital Employees to work alongside people, with human oversight at every gate. Scovai also offers a jobs portal where candidates can check role fit and understand match factors before applying. By bringing assessment, hiring, growth, and AI-enabled work into one system, Scovai aims to help people and organizations make clearer, more informed workforce decisions.
