## Description

Scratching Canvas is a cooking, food photography, and travel blog created by Rimli, who shares recipes and stories through her kitchen and lens. The site focuses especially on Indian food and traditional Bengali cuisine, while also featuring dishes and inspiration from cuisines around the world. Its recipes span breakfast, snacks, vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, breads, rice, noodles, desserts, cakes, and festive treats. Readers can explore options including low-calorie, vegan, no-cook, and no-bake dishes, as well as recipes for celebrations throughout the year. Step-by-step instructions and detailed video recipes help home cooks prepare familiar favorites and restaurant-style dishes, often with practical approaches such as cooking without a tandoor oven. Scratching Canvas also publishes restaurant and product reviews, along with travel and personal reflections. Popular offerings include Bengali specialties such as mishti doi, mutton biryani, and sandesh, alongside international cakes and other sweets. Visitors can browse the recipe collections, watch cooking videos, follow the blog’s photography and travel stories, and sign up for email updates.
