## Description

ScrumQueens is an award-winning online platform dedicated to women's rugby, providing independent news, insights, and analysis since its launch in 2009. Founded by Ali Donnelly, the site emerged to fill a significant gap in mainstream media coverage of women's rugby and continues to play a vital role in promoting the sport globally. ScrumQueens focuses on major international tournaments, including the Six Nations, World Sevens Series, European Championships, and the Women’s Rugby World Cup, while also highlighting domestic competitions from England, France, Ireland, and New Zealand.

The site features regular interviews with key industry figures and offers in-depth analyses on the sport's evolution. In addition to its rich content, ScrumQueens published an acclaimed history book on women's rugby in 2022 and has received international recognition, including a shortlist nomination for the media organization of the year by the Women’s Sports Trust. ScrumQueens not only champions women's rugby but also engages in advocacy for female participation in all sports, shaping a more inclusive athletic landscape.
