HEAL-Link is the Association of Greek Academic Libraries, dedicated to enhancing access to scholarly resources for its members, which include 43 academic institutions and research centers. The organization provides an integrated search engine for a plethora of electronic resources, including 14,800 e-journals and 215,000 e-books. With agreements in place for open access publishing, HEAL-Link facilitates the dissemination of academic materials while promoting the principles of Open Science. The initiative also focuses on creating and sharing digital textbooks through its KALLIPOS project, which makes academic resources freely available under Creative Commons licenses. Furthermore, HEAL-Link supports researchers through its AMELIB program, catering to users with disabilities, and the HARDMIN initiative for research data management. By keeping its community updated on the latest developments and policies in open access publishing, HEAL-Link plays a crucial role in supporting the academic and research landscape in Greece.
