It is aligned with the International Maritime Organization's directives, aiming for net-zero emissions by 2050. By fostering accountability and transparency, the Sea Cargo Charter serves as a vital tool for enhancing responsible decision-making and driving the shipping industry towards a more sustainable future. Through its collaborative approach, it encourages ongoing partnerships within the maritime value chain.
