The process of designing and producing these throwback uniforms involved collaboration between team members and Nike.

The end result is a modern fit with a classic look, reminiscent of the team's appearance in the 1990s. The uniform includes the old royal and apple green color scheme, original Seahawks logo, and oversized numbers. Notably, there is a patch on the inside of the collar depicting the Kingdome, commemorating the building that played a significant role in Seattle's sports history.

Despite the team's performance in the 1990s, that era was pivotal for both the franchise and the city. The Seahawks' ownership change in 1997 with Paul Allen's acquisition set the stage for transforming the team into a winning franchise. Allen's bold moves in the draft and free agency, along with the hiring of coach Mike Holmgren, laid the foundation for the Seahawks' success in the following decades.
