## Description

The Social Entrepreneurship Akademie (SEA) is a Munich-based network organisation of the city’s universities that advances education for societal change. It sees education and collaboration between academia, business and society as essential to addressing social, environmental and economic challenges. SEA supports people who want to combine entrepreneurial action with social purpose, from aspiring founders to established social entrepreneurs, and works with partners to strengthen the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Germany and Europe.

Its offerings include interdisciplinary education, a part-time master’s programme in Systems Entrepreneurship & Transformation, and free Massive Open Online Courses featuring expert-led learning. Through Impact for Future, SEA helps students and educators explore impact and sustainability and bring these topics into teaching. Its Social-Startup-Hub Bayern provides free startup advice, connects founders with experts and funding opportunities, and supports projects from idea development through implementation.

SEA also hosts the monthly Happy Impact Hour webinar, Social Business Meetups across Bavaria, and networking events. Its newsletter shares updates, stories and opportunities from the social entrepreneurship community.
