## Description

Sea Lark Equestrian is an amateur-friendly eventing and riding program in Aiken, South Carolina, owned and managed by trainer Katie Clark. The business focuses on correct riding instruction and horse training in a positive, supportive environment, with an emphasis on patience, safety, and respect for each rider’s individual goals. Lessons suit both casual riders and competitors, and are available on Sea Lark’s lesson horses or a student’s own horse. Assistant trainer Heidi Gyselinck also teaches.

Services include private riding lessons, training rides, limited board-and-train placements, horse leases, and sale horses. Training board provides four to six rides per week, regular off-property outings, quality grain and hay, and turnout with shelter. Riders may also have opportunities for off-site rides and shows as regular clients. Sea Lark aims to develop confident, well-rounded horse-and-rider partners, whether preparing for recognized shows or simply enjoying time in the saddle. Lesson prices listed on the website are $50 on a client’s horse and $60 on a lesson horse; training board is $1,500 per month.
