## Description

SeatDonor is a ticket-donation and charity-auction platform that helps turn unused seats into support for verified causes. The service brings together people with event tickets, fans looking for a live experience, and nonprofits that can benefit from the proceeds. Donors choose an event, select a verified charity, and decide when bidding will end; SeatDonor then lists the seats for a live auction. Fans place competing bids, and the winning bidder receives the tickets. According to the platform, 75% of the winning bid goes to the selected cause, while a 25% platform fee is retained. SeatDonor says it handles the sale and sends the money to the cause, with a receipt provided to the donor. Its listings feature sporting events and concerts, including basketball, football, wrestling, and music performances. Visitors can browse available seats, donate tickets, and access information for nonprofits, alongside account sign-in and support, privacy, terms, and contact resources. SeatDonor’s central idea is simple: make a night out contribute to a charitable cause.
