## Description

SeatSnags is a ticket-buying service designed to help people find resale tickets at a price they choose, without continually checking listings. Customers select an event, specify the number of tickets and acceptable sections, and set an all-in maximum that includes fees. SeatSnags monitors the resale market around the clock and purchases matching tickets when they become available at or below that limit. Customers are charged only if tickets are secured; if a bid expires or is canceled, the payment hold is released. The final price may be below the customer’s maximum, and no additional fees are added at checkout.

The service covers concerts, sports, theater, comedy, festivals, family events, and other live experiences, with searches for events near a selected location. SeatSnags says its tickets come from licensed professional brokers and that orders are backed by a Buyer Guarantee. It uses Stripe for payments and offers a mobile experience that can be installed directly from a browser. Available across the United States, SeatSnags is starting in New York.
