## Description

Seat the Day is a wedding-planning tool that helps couples organize guest lists, seating, catering details, and photography plans in one place. It connects to an existing Google Sheet and keeps guest information synchronized both ways: changes in the sheet update the seating chart, while moves made on the chart write back to the spreadsheet. Couples can arrange guests at round, banquet, king’s, or head tables, track seating requests, and flag dietary needs and meal choices. The guest list also supports caterer meal counts, including vendor meals, and creates a photographer’s shot list with the relevant guests’ table locations. A printable Who’s Who face sheet helps photographers identify people and their relationships to the couple. Additional features include a drag-and-drop floor plan, change history, printable charts, PDF output, and a QR code guests can use to find their tables. Seat the Day is free for up to five tables, with unlimited tables and additional planning tools available for a one-time $14 fee per wedding.
