## Description

SEBA, the Sheriff’s Employees’ Benefit Association, is a law enforcement union representing more than 4,000 members in San Bernardino County. Its mission is to protect members’ interests, provide a collective voice, and help enhance quality of life across the county. SEBA advocates for public safety employees through workplace representation, contract and memorandum of understanding negotiations, political advocacy, and support for members’ rights. It also offers benefits and membership perks, including discounts, and provides resources such as legal support and retirement-related benefits.

Beyond workplace advocacy, SEBA connects members with charitable programs and community initiatives. Its activities include events such as Shop with a Cop, which brings law enforcement officers and local children together, as well as scholarships and support for the families of fallen officers. The organization also recognizes members’ service and sacrifice through memorial tributes and storytelling. Through news articles, videos, testimonials, and the Lo and Order podcast, SEBA shares the experiences of its members and highlights public safety work throughout the community.
