## Description

Second Chance PA is a community-based addiction recovery initiative serving Central Pennsylvania. It brings together addiction treatment professionals, law enforcement and government officials, advocates, citizens, police departments, and emergency medical services to help people access rehabilitation and recovery support. The program is built on the belief that everyone deserves another chance and that coordinated care can offer hope and help prevent needless deaths.

People can enter the program by walking into a participating police department, submitting a confidential online request for information or an assessment, or calling its dedicated line to speak with a treatment and recovery expert.
