## Description

Stredisko Evanjelickej DIAKONIE Bratislava (SED Bratislava) is a senior care facility in Bratislava, Slovakia, dedicated to supporting older people with dignity, respect and compassion. Located in the former Evangelical hospital building on Palisády, the organisation began operating in April 2013 as a social services home and became a registered home for seniors in January 2015. Its central aim is to provide a safe environment where residents can live with dignity and experience care grounded in its diaconal and evangelical heritage.

SED Bratislava values humanity, professionalism, respect, kindness and the Gospel. Its approach recognises each person’s individual story and needs, and emphasises empathy, personal dignity and respect for freedom of faith. The organisation also hopes to create a place where generations can meet and residents can share experiences, create, laugh and remain connected to life around them. It provides residential care for seniors and shares information for prospective residents and families, including admission applications, service fees, documents, events and volunteer opportunities.
