Seed Global Health is a non-profit organization that partners with healthcare professionals to strengthen clinical care delivery and improve health workforce education. Their goal is to build complete healthcare teams that can provide high-quality care and save lives. They focus on various areas of need, including maternal and child health, infectious disease and pandemic preparedness, non-communicable diseases, and trauma and injury.

Seed Global Health works in collaboration with local organizations and governments in Malawi, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and Zambia to create lasting change in their health systems. Through deep local partnerships, they aim to address the specific health needs of communities and create multi-generational impact. So far, Seed Global Health has placed over 215 physician, nurse, and midwife educators, trained more than 34,000 healthcare workers, and estimated to have served a population of 72.
