# Selbsthilfe Alkoholiker - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `selbsthilfe-alkoholiker.de` ## Description Selbsthilfe Alkoholiker is a privately run, volunteer-led information and peer-support project for people affected by alcohol dependence and their loved ones. Its website offers clear, practical guides for different stages of recovery, from acknowledging a problem and taking first steps to preventing relapse, navigating treatment, and building a sober daily routine. Family members can find dedicated advice on supporting someone while protecting their own wellbeing. Visitors can also take a confidential, six-question self-test to reflect on their drinking. The site explains that the test is only an initial guide, not a medical diagnosis, and encourages professional advice where needed. Its central service is an active online self-help forum, where members can exchange experiences anonymously and free of charge using a pseudonym. The forum is moderated by volunteers and is available around the clock, providing a place for people to seek support and connect with others who understand their situation. The portal also shares contact details for telephone support and addiction services, and information on when medical help may be important. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Addictions _(under Health)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idlGKb3kjt/w/820/h/820/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792816319577) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Antique Brass | #c47e5a | accent | | Chalet Green | #4f6e42 | dark | | White Linen | #faf6f0 | light | ## Fonts - var(--font-display) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--font-body) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
