## Description

Selene Restaurant is a premier fine dining and gourmet destination located in the heart of Santorini, Greece. Established in 1985 by Giorgos Hatzigiannakis and his wife Evelyn, this exceptional eatery has redefined the island’s gastronomic landscape by showcasing authentic Santorinian flavors through locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Nestled in an enchanting 18th-century Catholic monastery, Selene offers a remarkable dining experience that marries medieval charm with contemporary luxury.

In 2021, the restaurant welcomed Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini to lead its culinary vision, while renowned Master of Wine Yiannis Karakasis oversees the curated wine selection, highlighting exceptional Santorinian varieties. Guests can indulge in a range of exquisite dishes and unique wine pairings in an ambiance that captivates all the senses. Additionally, Selene features a wine tasting experience and an e-shop, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking the essence of Santorini in both cuisine and wine.
