## Description

SelfBack is a digital health brand focused on helping people manage lower back pain through self-guided support. Developed with internationally recognised researchers, its app provides practical tools to help users build healthier back habits and take an active role in their recovery. The approach is based on scientific evidence and expert recommendations, with guidance designed to fit into everyday life.

Through the app, users can access a personalised self-management plan, learn about back pain through educational articles, and follow an exercise programme. SelfBack also helps users keep track of daily activities and offers rewards for their efforts, making it easier to stay motivated and establish consistent routines. The plan and app features are available whenever users need them.

Getting started involves booking an appointment at a nearby clinic to obtain access, creating an account and completing a questionnaire, then taking an introduction to the programme. SelfBack says its app has been recommended by the Danish Medicines Agency’s Council for Health Apps and is listed on sundhed.dk.
